SITE IN CONSTRUCTION STAGES

HAND-MADE AND NO AUTOMATION
All construction of body and necks are hand carved or sawn. NO CNC AUTOMATION
All inlay work done by hand
ALL Wood joints are hand fitted for maximum body to neck strength.
All parts are hand sanded and hand inspected
All finishes are blended by hand to a desired color strength (no 2 colors exactly match)
batches of color are numbered with the guitars serial number.
All final prep work for finishing is WET Sanded for a premium smooth finish

Finish paint is cured for 7 to 14 days before WET Sanding with 1200 to 1500 grit ... then polished with 1500 to 2000 grit rubbing compund. ALL done by hand NO buffing maching used.

All Electrical wiring is done by hand.. all soldier joints are PRE TINNED for maxium connection strength.
Repairs or refurbish and refinishing guitars

People like changes with their instruments:
Repairs and custom refinishes are available
re-construction of guitar bodies is available upon request(within means of original body configuation)
custom electronics available upon request

ALL finishes are done in Lacquer. All finishes have a 1 year warrentee against checking and peeling. if the finish checks I will re-do the finish at no cost to you.. you pay to ship it back to Me but I pay to ship it back to you. no other cost will occur unless you request changes in color or type of finish work

I do not use "Floyd Rose" Bridges nor will I recess cut any of My guitar bodies to accomodate a Floyd

In My opinion a KAHLER FLUSH MOUNT bridge is the best application for any solid guitar to bring out the best of the woods tonal quality. (Remeber if you take away wood you take away tone)

Hey Ray. Your 14" Bell is amazing!!!! What a monster! A thicker material than my JCR bells and you were right, 3 different notes from front to back and a very clear doink when hitting the opening with the shoulder of a stick. Tommy Lee would love this Bell!!!! Plenty of volume and I haven't removed it from my kit since it arrived. Welds are beautiful. I find it interesting that my Low Pitch JCR bell with thinner walls is really much lower in it's tone than your monster bell. I expected your bell to have a lower fundamental.... it does not. I'm not sure how to explain this. Multiple note sticking patterns on the top with the end of a stick are perfectly clear, note for note. Great articulation! Great bell!! Thanks for making it!! Greg.
